As owner and founder of Gonzalez Vineyard Management LLC, Arturo transformed his dream for vineyard farming into a thriving business, establishing the company in 2016 after cultivating over 35 years of expertise working with prestigious farming companies in the Napa Valley since 1985. Known throughout the valley for his deep agricultural knowledge and unwavering integrity, Arturo maintains a hands-on leadership approach, actively collaborating with his team in the field to uphold the highest standards of quality and ensure every vineyard receives his personal attention and commitment to excellence.

Jorge Gonzalez

As Chief Administrative Officer, Jorge combines his Stanford entrepreneurship program training with deep Napa Valley roots, having co-built the company alongside his father Arturo starting in 2016 and spearheaded its rapid growth through strategic vision and operational excellence. Jannelly Gonzalez

As HR & Payroll Director, Jannelly has been a dedicated and trusted member of Gonzalez Vineyard Management since 2019, bringing specialized knowledge and expertise that make her an invaluable asset to the team. As the Napa Supervisor, Juan brings over 30 years of vineyard experience, having started his career in 1986 working alongside some of Napa Valley's most renowned farming companies during their foundational years, earning widespread respect throughout the valley for his exceptional work ethic, unwavering honesty, and genuine respect for others. His extensive background provides invaluable insight into all vineyard operations from supervising field staff and ensuring OSHA safety compliance to maintaining the highest work protocols while his proven leadership fosters a culture of excellence that drives exceptional results across all operating teams.
