Arturo Gonzalez
Owner/Founder
Arturo is the owner and founder of Gonzalez Vineyard Management LLC. His passion and love for farming took root in his childhood; That love for agriculture lead him to take root in the Napa Valley where he has acquired over 25 years of experience with vineyard management. Arturo is truly devoted to the vineyards and is known to be out in the field working closely with CAO and our general field supervisor to support quality services and best practices.

Jorge Gonzalez
Chief Administrative Officer
As CAO, Jorge works to ensure the smooth running of operations according to the policy and vision of the company. Growing up in the Napa Valley, he has a rich understanding and appreciation of the field that compliments his knowledge for logistics and systems work. Growing up in the Napa Valley, Jorge is committed to building on the legacy and history of our community. In his role, Jorge is actively monitoring and assessing mechanisms for quality assurance and ensuring financial sustainability of the company.

Jannelly Gonzalez
HR & Administrative Assistant
Jannelly’s primary focus is the coordination and oversight of administrative activities of the company. Her strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail make her the “glue of the office”. From human resources to health and safety, Jannelly works closely with the CAO in helping to streamline internal processes and ensuring open communication channels across departments.

Juan Gonzalez
General Field Supervisor
As General Supervisor, Juan brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. His role includes supervision of field staff and oversight of vineyard operations. Juan’s strong leadership skills allow him to work effectively with staff and ensuring all operating teams are following appropriate work protocols and OSHA safety guidelines. He works diligently building positive relationships with our teams fostering respect, honesty, and excellence in our workforce.
